Jenni’s page is layered frayed fabrics with appliqué burnt orange spirals, hand and machine stitching and colonial knots.
The background cotton fabric, fibres, Tyvec, hand made paper and the scrim were all hand dyed or painted by me. I added some butterflies on tissue. Manipulated some bronze wire, and finished with hand embroidered Colonial knots and Pistol stitches.
